Shipping  and Handling

 Our products can be delivered all over Australia and with some International locations, We are in the process of setting it up now.

Our orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days and within shipping times.

Estimated times of shipping are 1-12 business days depending on your location.

Australian shipping is a flat rate of $12 and express is $18 

For the larger items like surfboards, foamies, and furniture. Shipping is calculated personally after checkout depending on weight and location.

Free standard shipping for orders over $150 for customers within Australia, for clothing and smaller items. Free shipping is not applicable for heavy goods, Any further queries please email us directly at theboardstorelab@gmail.com

Please note, you will be required to sign for your parcel on delivery. If there is no one there to sign for your parcel upon delivery, it will be left at the nearest post office or collection point. Australia post and courier services will never leave the parcel unattended. We strongly recommend providing an address where someone will be there to sign between Mon- Fri. 

Please note, heavy goods can only be delivered within Australia. We also offer delivery in the local area.

 International Shipping

International shipping - Your order will be dispatched via AUSPost or secure courier and once it arrives in your country it will be handle with your local postal service. You will be able to track your order through AUS Post's website or your local postal service. If you require further information it's best you contact your local post service.

Please note: Taxes and duties may be applied on your item outside of a Australia. The taxes and duties outside of Australia are not our responsibility and will lie with the customer.
